The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional individual to work with our private sector
clients in our High Net Worth practice, providing best advice and practical
solutions to individuals and their companies.
As a Senior Manager in our High Net Worth Group, you will:
Provide tax planning services to key corporate executives, high net-worth
individuals and closely held businesses and their shareholders
Network extensively with existing/prospective clients
Assume a high degree of responsibility and exposure within the firm
Gain exposure to the following areas: Succession Planning, Estate and Trust
Planning, Canada-US Cross Border estate planning, Charitable Giving strategies
and Individual and Trust Tax Compliance

Job Requirements:
CA, CPA, CMA, CGA or LLB designation
Minimum 5 years of prior personal financial services experience in a
professional services firm, industry and/or law firm, with a minimum of three
years full time tax experience, some of which has been obtained in the Personal
or High Net Worth Area
A proven leader, with strong business development and entrepreneurial skills
and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments in
an organized manner
Demonstrated ability to identify tax consulting opportunities;
Willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients;
Keen interest in taking initiative for your own personal growth and development
Ability to manage, develop, retain and mentor junior tax professionals
