This firm has the largest Indirect Tax Group in the UK. Their indirect tax group has a strong leadership team and previous employees have sought to join them on the basis that they will work alongside these motivational individuals.
Their work in the South East is varied and covers a wide range of industry sectors - from multi-national household names in technology, travel & leisure and retail to key public sector and charitable bodies. As a Senior Manager you will be given the opportunity to advise on their main indirect taxes including VAT, Customs Duties, Insurance Premium Tax and, increasingly, environmental taxes. Because they offer a rounded client service, you will be expected to analyse what is happening in the market and use this information to be proactive in looking for solutions. The role involves:
* Leading business development initiatives on target accounts and contributing to winning new work;
* Leading existing client engagements, reporting directly to a partner;

* Identifying cross service line opportunities;

* A clear path to director promotion.
To be considered, you must possess:
* CTA or equivalent qualification or experience
* An in depth knowledge and technical understanding of the Indirect Tax market
* Strong client facing, relationship building and business development skills, coupled with commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively in a team.
