With a turnover of over $16B and a truly global presence our client really is a leader in its field. Due to continued growth there is now the need to recruit a tax professional with 7 to12 years tax experience gained from within either a Big 4 or in-house environment.
Reporting directly to the International Tax Director the role will include corporate income tax, tax control frameworks, tax integrations, M&A work, tax audit management, tax compliance management and tax accounting. The role will be responsible for EMEA and Latin America.
You will have masters level experience in taxation and a very strong tax accounting background. You must have excellent English language skills (preferably English native speaker). Other language skills would be advantageous. Excellent project management skills are essential as are strong man management skills - this person will manage one / two headcount. The individual must have experience of working for a US company.
The individual must be able to build relationships both internally and externally and be a creative / out-of-the-box thinker.
Some travel will be required.
