A corporate tax advisory role working for a well known company who are part of a global group.

This is an exciting and strategic role where you will be providing commercial advice to the business, providing support on M&A transactions, restructuring and international tax planning. You will have experience of providing and implementing solutions, an understanding of UK and international tax issues and ideally some exposure to transfer pricing.

The Tax in Practice team is a dedicated brand of the Public Practice division. We recruit tax professionals of all levels, from newly qualified through to direct entry partners into the accountancy and legal professions, across the following disciplines: Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, International Tax, Indirect Tax, Employee Issues and Expatriate Tax.

The Tax in-House team focuses on the provision of tax professionals to the commercial and financial services sectors, providing recruitment solutions from part qualified ATT level tax assistants through to Heads of Tax with salaries ranging from ?25,000 to ?120,000 per annum across the following disciplines: Direct and Indirect Taxation, UK and International Taxation, Group Functions, In-house HR taxes specialists and niche roles such as specialists in banking products or insurance.
