Key duties will include:
Lead business development initiatives on target accounts, contributing to winning new work
Lead existing client engagements, owning the relationship with both the corporate client and the individual expatriates, reporting directly to the Partner
Advise and guide clients on the planning and implications involved in international assignments, and resolve client queries;
Input into development of new market opportunities locally and nationally with an opportunity to lead the development of the new ideas
Identify cross service line opportunities
Develop less experienced staff with hands on advice and support
Undertake technical research
