You will need strong UK corporate tax knowledge to fulfil this position which sits with the European HQ in Venlo, Netherlands. You will work with the Director of European Tax and external advisors to devise and implement tax efficient structures, provide US GAAP (FAS 109 and FIN 48) tax accounting, provide tax advice relating to business acquisitions and dispositions and have some transfer pricing responsibilities.
