Our client is looking for an exceptional Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join one of the most prestigious and fastest growing mid tier accountancy firms. They are looking for somebody to lead a specialist London based team with a view to becoming partner.
The Senior Manager will have shared responsibility for all corporate tax compliance affairs for a wide variety of clients and will be involved in the provision of tax planning advice and ad-hoc general support to clients. You will also take leading roles on tax consultancy assignments, including tax planning for the sale of companies and assets, corporate reorganisations, listing on AIM and the Full Market and raising finance.
You will be required to take responsibility and ownership of a client portfolio as well as build a personal network to assist in the expansion of the client base
As a senior manager you will be required to guide junior members and be involved with their training and appraisals (including 360 degree feedback and psychometric profiling).

Successful candidates need to be of ACA caliber, have strong corporate tax and leadership experience. Ideally have worked on acquisitions and disposals.
