This will known FTSE ranked name offers you the opportunity to progress your career without the need to travel into London.The role:

* Manage the UK corporation tax compliance process, including Business Unit input and timetabling.
* Act as a contact with HMRC inspectors who are in charge of for the group's UK corporation tax compliance.
* Advise on ad hoc corporation tax queries to support the business units, including corporation tax advice on UK M&A transactions.
* Provide the UK corporation tax input to accounting for current and deferred tax. This includes input to actuals, budgets and forecasts and includes responsibility for building and maintaining strong positive relationships with the business units and financial accounts team.

To qualify you will need:

* Experience within a group environment either gained within a Big 4, FTSE 100 or blue chip environment.
* Broad and up to date knowledge of UK corporation tax and tax accounting. Working knowledge of the foreign exchange, loan relationship and derivative rules an advantage.
