A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager specialising in Compensation and Benefits within an American multinational corporation with a focus on designing and manufacturing consumer electronics and closely related software products. Based in the European Headquarters in central London, you will have responsibility for all C&B functions in EMEA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implementation of all job, pay and benefit structures
• Educate HR partners and local management on C&B philosophy and positioning
• Set direction for participation in compensation market assessments
• Evaluate, benchmark, design and recommend new or revised benefit programs
• Conduct benefit vendor, broker and consultant marketing as necessary
• Gather and analyze summary benefits costs for annual presentations to the Corporate Benefits Committee for consideration
• Prepare executive presentations on C&B positioning
• Support sales compensation goals and objectives
Ideally a good degree from a top university combined with 7-10 years of increasingly progressive C&B experience in fortune 500 US multinational organisation. Other relevant experience will also be considered. As an individual, you will be a self starter with strong regional C&B knowledge and expertise. You will also have demonstrated project management skills with the ability to partner with all levels of management. Emerging markets experience desired.
