Regional Tax Managers (multiple regions throughout Europe)

Following rapid expansion within the EMEA region, this company is looking to recruit four Regional Tax Managers. Reporting to the Director, International Tax Strategy – Europe, the Regional Tax managers will be based in Morges, Switzerland and Bonn, Germany.
Each Regional Tax Manager will be responsible for a group of countries linked to one of the following primary countries: Germany, Netherlands, France and UK and will have primary responsibility for all tax matters within their country cluster. Solid experience in international tax and strong corporate tax experience within your chosen cluster, coupled with US GAAP or IFRS tax reporting knowledge is essential for each of these positions.
Key responsibilities to include
· Strategic tax planning.
· Major input into M&A activities.
· Monitoring changes in local country tax laws in order to recommend appropriate responses and create value through a lower effective tax rate.
· Work with Regional Tax Managers and the tax leadership team at WHQ to understand the company's business operations and develop and implement strategic tax structures in response to the changing business environment.
