This Firm's Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction (RHC) group is currently seeking individuals with corporate tax experience to join their tax consulting practice.
The group guides investors and corporate occupiers through the maze of possibilities, providing practical solutions based on clear analysis of the available options and executing their transactions efficiently. By working as an integrated team of real estate finance specialists, real estate tax professionals and audit / assurance experts we ensure that the implications of each choice are carefully considered and that innovative solutions are put in place wherever possible and appropriate. Furthermore we advise clients right through the process, from the initial structuring to the negotiation of the legal documentation and final closure.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to building and maintaining consulting tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
• Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with clients and winning new work.
• Manage the successful delivery of consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken.
