This legal top 10 law firm has an opportunity for a Professional Support Lawyer to join their team with the principal objective to promote and use Tax’s know-how externally.
The role will involve identifying and assisting in developing new business opportunities through the use of know-how that demonstrates the firm’s leading-edge tax expertise and thinking as well as raising the external profile of tax by contributing to and speaking at the firm’s client and external conferences.
You will also be expected to contribute to the firm’s education programme, external technical committees, working parties and consultation processes as well as to the writing or editing of journal articles, legal publications and text books.
Ideal candidates will have been a Senior Tax associate (with at least 7 years’ PQE) and ideally practising in a PSL or Business Development role for at least 2 years. A track record of client bulletins/briefings, articles, external conference speeches and contributions to tax publications would also be helpful.
