Work with a global consultancy business in their mobility department and help client improve their global mobility processes and procedures. You will be responsible for driving process improvement delivery with clients and the internal engagement team through exemplary process design/improvement/management skills using proven best practice techniques and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
It is paramount that you have a thorough understanding of process improvement for a large scale business; however you will NOT have to have experience of mobility. The most important thing are client handling skills and the ability to consult, listen, advise and talk in depth with clients and internally to the management team.
Ideally you will have Six Sigma but is not essential; the most important thing is high level consultancy experience for a large FTSE 250.
