As a tax specialist for Central and Eastern Europe you will focus on a range of big ticket cross-border transactions. You will principally:
. Engage with in-bound and out-bound investors to understand their commercial objectives.
. Take a lead on client relationship building.
. Advise on the tax implications of Private Equity and Venture Capital Investments and/or
. Advise on the cross-border and international tax implications of acquisitions, disposals and mergers.
. Work with auditors on relevant tax issues
. Ensure the commercial relevance of all tax advice from the transactional project team
