Major national law firm with a high profile private client team looking for a very competent tax and trusts lawyer. Advising on all forms of trust and estate contentious issues, the appointee will work on a variety of issues. The work is of high quality and is likely to include drafting wills and advising on high net worth tax planning; assisting with the administration of high value estates; creating and advising on trusts; advising charities; and dealing with some contentious issues.
You'll need nothing short of a 2.1 degree; good, current technical expertise; and the ability to provide clear, precise, practical advice. Communication skills must be of the highest order, as must your ability to prioritise and work sensibly in a team environment.
