Within your role you will not only be maintaining existing client relationships, but also actively marketing the firms services to create new clients and business. In addition to this, as a manager, you will be involved in the review and supervision of more junior members of staff, ensuring that the department retains its reputation for producing work of an unrivalled standard.
It is likely that you will have a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA). Your commercial approach and commitment to building relationships will allow you to not only provide effective solutions but also drive the department forward.
