An ideal background will be 2 yrs plus experience working with a firm of accountants dealing with schedule D & E compliance issues. Because of the nature of the client base of this organisation, most of whom have complex financial affairs linked to a range of personal circumstances, the compliance work itself is complicated and challenging. Coupled with this you can expect involvement in CGT and IHT work.
