Deal with a range of advisory work for Inheritance tax and capital gains tax; include international aspects such as residence and domicile, the taxation of trusts, including offshore trusts
Some other aspects of this role:
-Manage a portfolio of clients, including acting as one of the main points of contact for the client and liaising with other advisors
-Advising client regarding tax planning opportunities (CGT, IT, IHT)
-Provide advice regarding setting up UK and offshore trusts and reviewing existing trusts to establish the UK tax treatment of these structures
-Dealing with ad hoc work
-Mentoring junior staff
-Developing business and promoting the team across the firm and externally
