This role will suit someone who is ideally CTA qualified with good personal tax experience in a compliance role. The remuneration package will be based on experience and individual requirements. The role:
Responsible for a portfolio of around 180 200 personal tax clients.
Preparation of personal tax returns for individuals and partnerships.
Correspondence with clients, HM Revenue & Customs and third parties.
Dealing with HM Revenue & Customs enquiries.
Liaising with clients by phone, post, email and occasionally in person.
Involvement in tax planning including capital gains tax, residence and domicile issues, share options etc.
Dealing with billing and other administrative issues relating to the portfolio.
Occasional involvement in other departmental, office or firm activities such as the Budget coverage and internal presentations.

A team player who is enthusiastic, reliable and used to working to deadlines. Someone who can show initiative and common sense. Able to work under pressure when required.
