This opportunity is very client facing, your role will be varied and you will be involved with planning projects and providing advice on an ad hoc basis some of which will be international. Compliance is outsourced leaving you more time to help generate new business and mentor younger employees.
Ideally you will be ACA/CTA qualified or have a legal background. You should have advisory and personal tax experience and be ambitious enough to want to reach new heights in your career.
