Senior Manager to Director to Partner

The Firm is clearly on the lookout for a Tax Manager or Senior Manager with the desire to naturally progress to partnership in the short term.

It is a long standing and traditional Firm, but by no means old fashioned. The Firm deals with quoted companies and privately owned businesses drawn from a wide range of commercial sectors. Its clients include professional partnerships, regulatory bodies, charities and other the not-for-profit organisations, public sector bodies and private clients.

Some of the main duties are:
• Management of a portfolio including Directors of OMBs, HNWI, large wealthy families, entrepreneurs, expatriate, self-employed, large professional partnerships and non-UK domiciled individuals.
• Partnership demergers, mergers, change of accounting date and managing the partnerships tax compliance, including advice on UITF40 and tax provisioning policies.
• Dealing with tax matters arising from enquiries and assist partners on complex tax enquiries.
• Advising on tax planning opportunities including Income, Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax.
• Assist in marketing partnership and personal tax services and the further development of the department alongside the partners.
