A Top 50 firm of chartered accountants is seeking an individual to develop and manage a portfolio within their private client team as well as help identify opportunities for the firm’s other departments.
This role will involve providing a first class service to clients as well as effectively participate in the recruitment, selection, ownership, training and mentoring of junior members of the team and undertake performance review sessions. You will also be expected to develop your understanding of technical issues, monitor the progress of all assignments relating to the client’s affairs and assist in establishing new work on the client portfolio in proactively looking at aspects of financial and wealth planning, inheritance tax and other planning opportunities.
Ideal candidates will be CTA qualified or qualified by experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong technical knowledge of tax matters relating to private clients. This role will suit someone who is committed to expanding their personal tax knowledge and experience and who is seeking more accountability and responsibility.
