The PTS team in London advises high net worth individuals who are active in many business related areas - principals from private equity and hedge funds; senior executives; entrepreneurs; partners in professional partnerships; sportsmen and entertainers.
Many of the individuals are non UK domiciled and require advice across various jurisdictions. The work is heavily advisory based. They also have a team who are US qualified and advise US citizens and green card holders who are resident in the UK.
Candidates will have at least a 2.1 degree and good academic qualifications, including professional qualifications. They will be used to researching complex technical issues; able to express themselves concisely and clearly both verbally and in writing; and willing to tackle a new topic. They should be good team players and must have good personal skills as these are heavily client facing roles.
Job purpose

Your client responsibilities
• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
• Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken
• Responsible for day-to-day delivery of client liaison
• Key member of one of the client service groups providing full tax services to a client portfolio.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
• ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA; or
• Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training Course; or Law qualification
• Prepared to study for CTA qualification (if not already achieved)
