The Performance and Reward Team clients on executive compensation and benefits, share plans, human capital due diligence and mergers and acquisitions services, reward management and global mobility policy. Clients range across all industries, with a focus on advising fast growth UK companies and US and European corporates operating in the UK, and typical projects can range from a week to six months in duration.

Key Responsibilities

To build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
To manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach taken

Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience

Experienced tax practitioner with reviewing skills and expertise in functional area
Client driven and strategically and commercially aware
Ideally ACA/ACCA/CA; or Tax Inspectors with full Technical Training course; or Law qualification.
CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA)
