Make your mark as a key member of this award-winning firm. You will join an existing team of 4 individuals and work closely with colleagues who focus on expatriate and employment tax issues. This department works with a varied client base including private and listed UK and multinational companies to advise on compensation and reward issues. The Role
This team deals with advising on all aspects of directors and executive remuneration, designing and implementing share plans for executives and all employees, international share plans, share plans on corporate transactions and tax issues linked to the above areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Acting as the key point of contact for clients.
*Dealing with project delivery.
*Managing a portfolio of clients.
*Liaising with HMRC.
*Identifying risk and technical matters as well as selling opportunities.
*Providing support to the rest of the business.
About You
To qualify, you will:
*Have significant tax experience either in share schemes/reward, private client, expatriate or employment tax.
*Hold a tax qualification or equivalent.
*Have strong business development skills.
*Entrepreneurial, hard-working and tenacious.
