This is a fantastic opportunity for a partnership specialist to join a global real estate services firm.
The role will involve the following:
* Calculation and agreement of EMEA profits that are distributable to partners, including WHT.
* Managing the Partners' current, capital and tax reserve account.
* Offering advice to the board members on tax issues and partnership distribution.
* Giving an overview of branch tax returns, and managing the foreign tax credit position.
* Preparation of UK partnership tax return and statutory accounts tax disclosures.
* Coordinating with external advisers on overseas partnership tax issues, and liaising with external consultants preparing the partners' UK tax returns.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/CTA qualified or with relevant experience. Strong excel skills are essential, as is self management and discipline to coordinate work on a timely basis.
You should have a strong background in UK partnership taxation, as well as being familiar with working with high net worth individuals and large partnerships.
