The duties of the role will include liaison with colleagues by telephone, handling payroll queries and requests, ensuring all statutory requirements are met and general data-entry duties. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good communication skills
Using your payroll knowledge and experience, you will provide assistance to external advisors by dealing with queries from employees and third parties such as Inland Revenue and encouraging employees to provide information so that their tax returns are completed in a timely manner.
Sound working knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance and Statutory Payments regulation is essential.
