The role will require the team leader to have a vital input in all aspects of the team's performance. The successful candidate will ensure delivery on financial and non-financial targets and will provide management, leadership and development to the team's 15 professionals. In addition to ongoing client management the team leader will co-ordinate the dissemination of the bank's products and services to the HNW / UHNW client base and will ensure best practice across the team's service delivery.
Previous managerial experience is a must, as is experience working within a similar organisation. Our client will consider trusts professionals looking to increase their responsibility, although a track record in supervising and appraising staff and implementing client retention strategies are essential requirements.
