Working with the Partners, you will be given the opportunity to directly impact the growth of the firm and play a key part in the development of the staff. You will oversee a group of exception staff who will support the high level advisory projects you undertake with your clients. In addition to this you will review the tax work carried out by the audit, accounts and tax teams and provide tax advice internally to the Partners. An element of your role will be business development based, acting on the firms many referrals and reviewing the Partners portfolios to identify any new business opportunities.
