| Description: | Friendly accountancy practice run by ex Big Four senior managers. We have been growing our practice since we opened our doors for business in 2002. We specialise in tax, and have clients ranging from individuals to world famous companies, such as Sainsburys and British Airways. We need someone to join our team to manage our smaller business and personal tax clients, including some high net worth individuals. You will also have an opportunity to get involved with the compliance for our larger corporate clients.
You should have a number of years experience of working in Tax, preferably in practice, and have an accountancy or tax qualification. You should enjoy being responsible for, and managing a portfolio of clients.
Salary £33k-£40k depending on experience.
You must be highly computer and MS Word/ Excel literate. You should be comfortable with all aspects of IT, including use of tax software, web filing, paperless office etc.
You will have a varied mix of personal tax, business accounts and tax, corporate tax, payroll and VAT. You will be exposed to leading edge working methods, and report directly to the partners. You will be based in Holborn in modern, comfortable offices.
We will consider part time working on a pro-rata basis, with a minimum of 21 hours per week.
