Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax practice specializes in due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-transaction integration. The group guides its clients engaging in domestic or cross border M&A transactions through the complex tax issues that arise before, during, and a result of, the transaction.
Key responsibilities:
*Provide project management for all areas of Tax M&A services;
*Provide advisory services to companies investing funds and/or expanding their operations in CIS countries, as well as to *companies from CIS countries that want to increase their presence abroad;
*Supervise of several Associates, Executives;
*Prepare the final draft of due diligence and structuring reports;
*Develop budgets, project plans, staffing plans for large projects;
*Assist clients in implementation of post-transaction changes;
*Consult clients on transaction and structure-related issues;
*Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years of tax/accounting experience;
*Experience in Tax M&A services is preferable;
*Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial analysis;
*Strong management skills / Ability to organize and lead team work;
*Ability to lead several projects simultaneously;
*Experience in building good client work relationships;
*Strong analytical skills;
*Good writing skills (both English and Russian).
