Manager/Sr Manager - Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED)

accounting or technical professionals to join their growing SR&ED team. Our

We require SR&ED professionals to join our Calgary team and assist clients in
various sectors.
As a Tax Sr. Manager or Manager, you will gain experience by:
Assisting our clients in identifying SR&ED activities;
Helping clients draft technical documents;
Settling tax credit claims;
Scoping out major projects or engagements;
Presenting assignment deliverables to clients; and
Organizing, preparing and clearly presenting information to others and
responding to their questions
Years of Experience Required
Three to five years in the accounting environment or tax related field
Our Expectations of You:
An accounting designation or a bachelor's degree in Engineering, with public
practice or industry experience (working towards an accounting designation
would be acceptable);
Experience with the preparation of the SR&ED claims is an asset;
Financial and/or science experience with SR&ED tax credit programs would be an
asset;
Good interviewing and analytical skills;
Competent in using relevant computer software applications;
Ability to work on a number of projects simultaneously; and
Strong communication and organizational ability.
