This successful and expanding team has experienced 20% plus growth over the last year. This means that there is ample room for career development and progression. Led by 5 dedicated Partners, you will have the supportive framework of the London team whilst benefiting from exposure to a broader portfolio of clients, across a range of industry groups.

Key Duties:

Remuneration benchmarking.
Advising on performance measurement.
Design and implementation of executive and non-executive remuneration strategies.
Global and UK share plan design, drafting, communication and implementation.
Employment tax compliance for executive and all-employee share plans, both in the UK and globally.
Corporate governance consulting.
Investor relations consulting, including liaison with institutional investors.
Preparation of remuneration committee papers, and reviewing and drafting of remuneration committee reports.
Tax-effective structuring for bonus and other long-and short-term compensation plans.

Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience:

Ideally, ACA/ATT/CTA or with equivalent qualifications or experience (qualified if at Assistant Manager grade)
Have share plans or executive reward experience
Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Consideration will be given to less experienced candidates with a corporate tax or audit background who are keen to specialise in this area
