As an Manager in our Corporate Tax group you will have ample opportunity to broaden your experience and knowledge across the wider business tax area. Your role is truly varied involving a range of tax aspects including M&A, transfer pricing, entrepreneurial work and corporate tax planning. This means you will have the opportunity to enhance your generalist technical skills and knowledge, without being restricted to one area.

We also work closely with our sister offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh, enabling you to foster strong working relationships within the group.

The role involves:
* Providing advice regarding tax technical issues, involving transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions
* Involved in technical research
* Calculation of tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements
* Corporation tax planning and advice
* Assisting with international tax advice
To be considered you must possess:
* ACA/ATT Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
* Experience of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience of assisting in developing and maintaining client relationships
