This Big 4's M&A Tax Team has a market-leading reputation in London, defined by their ability to deliver an integrated and experienced team of transaction specialists, focused on providing independent, objective and bespoke advice to assist clients on both buy- and sell-side roles.
The role
- Managing a portfolio of high profile projects, advising clients on all tax and wider commercial matters relating to M&A transactions,
-Participate in all aspects of the deal cycle, from due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, input into sale and purchase agreements and financing documents, implementation support, post-acquisition reorganisations, on-going advice to portfolio companies and preparation for sale.
The candidate
- ACA or equivalent qualification or experience
- The desire and motivation to advance your career in the M&A field
- Ambition with a track record of providing tax advice to large international clients
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- The ability to analyse information, identify issues and prioritise them
- Prior M&A experience in a professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
