VAT accountant required for a role with a great mix of compliance and advisory work. My client is a small, innovative and dynamic housing company with offices throughout the UK. This is a great chance for the successful candidate to join a fast moving company which will allow the experience to become an indirect tax expert.
Reporting into the Group Operations Director you will be insuring all aspects of VAT compliance whilst liaising closely with HRMC. You will also be required to provide VAT advice to the in house team. This is a great chance to gain the experience required to become an indirect tax specialist, through the opportunity to identify and address VAT planning opportunities and having control of all VAT compliance issues.
This role is perfect for a PQCA/CTA and would be a great chance to gain experience within an in house team at a well known UK company. The successful candidate should have good experience of in direct taxes and be keen to take a lead in the advisory aspects of this role. You must love numbers!
