A global provider of financial information is looking for a Group Tax Director to manage the group's direct and indirect tax position from their London office. You will have strong international tax knowledge with solid experience in M&A projects, namely tax structuring and due diligence and will assist the Group FD in the implementation of tax strategy across the company.
You will ideally be a Big 4 trained qualified tax professional CTA/ACA or equivalent with solid UK/international tax experience.
