The role
This role encompasses all aspects of tax forecasting and reporting for a large portfolio of legal entities, including engaging closely with tax colleagues across all functions, delivering accurate information to facilitate effective business decisions by Tax Senior Management, and supporting Finance to deliver their reporting and control obligations.
The role requires a blend of strong financial accounting technical skills, sound knowledge of UK tax legislation as well as understanding of key international tax concepts and tax principles in the major tax jurisdictions in which the global investment bank operates. In addition, you will have experience of financial and management reporting process and control development in a constantly changing environment and rapidly expanding business.
About you
The successful candidate will rely extensively on their interpersonal and analytical skills and will troubleshoot a wide range of tax reporting issues in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the Tax and Finance functions. You will have an eye for detail and work to a high degree of precision.
