The ongoing expansion of this global company has created the requirement for an International Tax Manager to sit in the Global Tax team reporting into the Deputy Global Head of Tax.

As the compliance and reporting concerns are outsourced, the role will be entirely project and advisory driven and looking after international transactions, structuring dividend flow, legal entity restructuring, reorganisations and Transfer Pricing. One large project will be to work with the Deputy Global Head of Tax to develop and implement a world class tax risk system.

For this reason it is anticipated that the ideal candidate will have prior in-house experience.
