International Tax Director

With its Global headquarters in Hong Kong, this Fortune 500 business operates in over 35 countries worldwide. Currently seeking the services of an experienced and capable International Tax Director, the successful applicant can be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Group Tax Director, the successful applicant must be able to handle a fast paced environment, an ever changing work place and have a strong technical mindset. Dealing with a variety of countries and their respective taxation issues, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the transfer pricing system (for over 60 legal entities), develop tax planning initiatives, monitor and support local and international FAS 109 tax compliance, participate in taxation audits and take a leadership role within the team.
To be successful you must have over 10 years experience in both Big 4 and Commerce. An Asian language will be looked upon favourably, although not essential. Relevant qualifications and a genuine interest in a career in Asia is essential.
