A boutique tax firm in the heart of London, which is punching well above it's weight in terms of new business wins, is actively looking for an International Tax Director. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for an international tax specialist to build on their existing experience within an entrepreneurial and exciting business. The role will be sitting on the Tax Board of the firm, along with another Tax Director and the Managing Partner. The role is highly strategic and the international tax director will be involved in growing the international tax department. You will therefore be responsible for the profitability of the department, as well as doing International tax advisory work whilst developing business from the existing client base and developing new relationships. The team consists of a Senior Tax Manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the team, making sure deadlines are met and the work is of a consistently high standard. There is then a Personal Tax Manager and a Corporate Tax Manager, who predominantly do compliance with some advisory work, and some juniors. The clients are all International OMB's or HNWI's with International affairs. The firm are looking for someone with experience of either OMB's or HNWI's with International interests. If you have had a mixture of this experience, this would be of particular interst to my client. You should have high level tax advisory experience and have previous success of growing a department or developing business. Salary will be circa £75 - 95k, witha pension and a bonus based on performance and team profitability. Bonuses previously have been as much as £30,000.
