This is a fantastic opportunity for an International Tax Advisor to join this world-leading hedge fund group.
Reporting to the International Tax Manager, you will provide assistance and advice on the following aspects of the company's international operations, primarily including:
* Structuring issues on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, start-ups and repatriation planning;
* Core international tax technical issues, including CFCs, financing and forex, analysis and reviews of treaty issues;
* Assisting with the development of overseas tax risk management procedures and controls.
Ideally you will be ACA/CTA qualified and have strong international tax experience in a professional or in house environment. Experience in financial services is preferable but not mandatory. Driven and articulate, you will have excellent interpersonal skills so that you are able to build strong relationships with clients (both internal and external).
