Our client is looking to further complement its existing tax team in the Middle East with this new appointment.
The Role
Working closely with the International Tax Director you will:
? Gain exposure to a wide variety of tax issues including transfer pricing issues
? Liaise with tax authorities
? Maintain timely and efficient compliance duties
On top of this you will have an involvement in M&A work and provide due diligence work in regards to these deals.
The Experience
This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a developing country and thus the scope for career progression is vast. As such, the ideal candidate will be professionally qualified with either a well regarded tax or accounting qualification.
On top of this, you will have:
? At least 3-4 years experience in a similar role
? Experience of working across multi-jurisdictions

The Middle Eastern countries are the quintessential home of sand, sun and shopping. You can experience everything from rugged mountains and awe inspiring sand dunes to sandy beaches and lush green parks, from dusty villages to luxurious residential districts and from ancient houses with wind towers to ultra modern shopping malls.
Dubai, Oman and Kuwait all have a unique flavour and personality with its cosmopolitan societies and international lifestyles, yet with a culture deeply rooted in the Islamic traditions of Arabia. Saudi Arabia, on the other hand, is more traditional and reserved. Yet, naturally, in the Middle East, there are tax benefits to be had when working here.

Being in the Middle East, you won?t find snowfall of any kind, but instead continual sunshine. The weather is hot, with a subtropical, arid climate making it perfect for outdoor activities all year round.
