Due to economic growth and investment this top 4 practice is looking to recruit an experienced international manager or senior manager to head up the new corporate and investment team in the emerging market that is Cairo, Egypt on a 2-3 year contract. Reporting directly into the managing partner you will be expected to generate new business, develop/restructure the existing team so that it continues to succeed and be a figure head within International tax projects.
Working in this fast growing and challenging environment you will be expected to plan and lead engagements including structuring corporate investment, work closely with international companies on international tax issues; advising them on transfer pricing, CFC and international development. You will also be expected to proactively take relevant and valuable tax ideas to clients and build relationships while being seen as a trusted business advisor and participate in the development & delivery of training programmes.
You must experience of international tax issues including DTR, CFC, transfer pricing and international tax treaties. You will ideally have a ACA & CTA (or equivalent), be experienced project problem diagnosis, solution development & team leadership, you should also be an experienced business developer and have the ability to anticipate the long term impact of all decisions.
