The role
*UK corporation tax with an emphasis on material matters and transactions.
*New Product Approvals.
*Structured finance approval and monitoring.
*Financial statements process using a tax tool to calculate deferred taxes.
*Transfer pricing.
*UK bank levy.
*Transaction documentation.
*UK employment and income taxes.
To assist with UK corporation tax, UK withholding taxes and other UK tax matters as required.
To assist with other UK taxes and projects with the tax department as required.
About you
*The client is ideally looking for candidates with thorough compliance and tax accounting experience and excellent inter-personal skills
*Candidates will be considered from an FS, commerce and professional services background
*Knowledge of complex credit transactions would be beneficial
