This European banking group is recruiting for a new incumbent to join the tax department , which co-ordinates the tax compliance and planning for the entire group. The role is to cover maternity for the UK Tax Manager. Reporting to the Head of Tax, your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordination of all the UK tax affairs of the group
- Implementation of reorganisations and restructurings
-Tax aspects of acquisitions and disposals
-Dealing with bilateral transfer pricing agreements
-Liaison with HM Revenue & Customs and non-banking parts of the Group
You will have a tax or accounting qualification and the ability to supervise staff and communicate at all levels across the business.
