Key Duties
*Providing tax advice and support to M&A team on acquisitions and disposals.
*Co-ordinating tax advice across Europe.
*Assist project team on restructuring of legal entities.
*Lead tax review's and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
*Compute and report tax provision on a quarterly basis
About you
*ACA and ideally CTA qualified.
*Big 4 and in-house FTSE 100 experience.
*Demonstrable experience at manager level dealing with international tax advisory projects.
*Strong technical and communication skills
*IT literate, with high level of proficiency in Excel
