This International information and systems service provider wish to recruit an exceptional Indirect Tax Manager to join their in –house tax team based in London.
This is an internal business facing role reporting directly into the Global Head of Indirect Tax.
This advisory position will provide you with an over all view of all international and commercial operations.
Your responsibilities will be to manage indirect tax audits, minimize indirect tax costs using your in depth knowledge and provide indirect tax advisory support to business decisions.
This role is the acknowledged point of contact for all Indirect Tax – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, you will be expected to identify, mitigate and monitor VAT risk associated with any ERP implementations.
An excellent knowledge of SAP or alternative ERP systems is required. In addition you will have a good understanding and suitable experience of VAT legislation with a strong bias towards centralizing procedures.
You will have outstanding communication and relationship development skills. You current position may be working within a large accountancy practice or within an in – house role in a VAT / Indirect tax and systems implantation dual role.
The salary offered is circa £80k plus benefits.
