The role
Your role will involve travelling throughout the UK and Europe. Reporting into the Global Knowledge Transfer and Training Lead, you will be accountable for:
*Building the detailed training plans, templates, materials and documents across European markets for direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing processes
*Working closely with other teams to formulate the process flows within the markets to adapt to market nuances
*Helping to develop knowledge transfer tracking, monitoring and evaluation tools for the teams in the markets
*Managing knowledge tracking and training for the process area ensuring resources are trained up to the required level within the necessary timelines
*Developing the cut-over and stabilisation plans globally and then tailor them to market specific requirements
About you
To succeed, you will require experience of tax and transfer pricing accounting processes in a multinational shared service centre environment as well as a good understanding of business process generally. Excellent project management skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders are essential. Individuals with a consulting/project management backgrounds and solid exposure to working within European tax will be considered.
