I am currently recruiting a role for an instantly recognisable multinational Financial Services company to be based in their head office in Canary Wharf.
They are looking to hire a Tax Manager to join their team in a 3 month contract which pays a daily rate between £330 and £360.
The role is a mix of tax forecasting, tax reporting and tax compliance - this includes but is not limited to: monthly forecasting and monthly IFRS reporting for a portfolio of UK legal entities and consolidated groups, reviewing tax computations for UK corporate tax returns, and providing advice and conducting analysis of areas of improvement for the division.
You will have significant experience in UK corporate taxation gained either at a Top Ten Accounting firm or in-house from within a large international company with operations in the UK.
It is beneficial to have experience in taxation in a financial services environment though this is not an essential requirement. It would also be advantageous to have some knowledge of CFC legislation, loan relationships and international tax matters.
